The meat is a precious good; - hence we are working for preparing it as best as possible. For Leonardo® Fresh Meat we proceed fresh meat and, as far as possible, we dispensed with the raw flour. Thus we have achieved a preparation that was previously considered impossible. With our especially careful technology of Fresh Meat, fresh meat is processed directly like a croquette. It allows us to skip the previous drying phases, and the ingredients used preserve their freshness until just before processing. It is the only way to ensure that the croquette acquires all the flavor of the meat.
